I’m Julia, a couples, portrait, and commercial photographer based in Melbourne, Australia. I love bold color, strong light, and those blurry, in-the-moment shots that feel full of life. For me, great photography is the kind that makes you see yourself a little differently. I want you to have fun during our session and walk away energized and confident, like the main character in your story. And if you want a soundtrack for it all, let's put on “Drops of Jupiter” by Train.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me wandering the city streets with a coffee in hand, taking photos on my Leica M6, sketching in my journal at my favorite indie cafe, or soaking in Rupi Kaur’s poems. I’m sensitive and deeply moved by the world around me, and I believe we can create beauty from anything, especially with the right people by our side.
